BACR Virtual Student Conference

Instructions for Abstract and Poster Submission:

Submission of an abstract does not constitute registration for the Conference. Authors will be advised on whose abstract has been accepted which will then constitute a place on this event. While there won’t be a dedicated poster session, all posters will be made available to delegates in a virtual poster format and delegates will be encouraged to contact poster presenters directly with questions. 

Method of submission:

As an email attachment (MS Word document) to bacr@leeds.ac.uk with the heading of the event in the email subject area, in this case BACR Student Conference 2021

Formatting:

    The abstract should be typed single spaced using Arial point size 11 
    The authors and addresses should start on the line following the title, with the name of the presenting author underlined.
    The text should be separated from the authors and addresses by a blank line.
 and be of 300 words is the maximum acceptable.
    Do not include diagrams or references.

Important:
Name the attachment in the following manner:
BACR Student Conference – Abstract/Poster – Presenting Authors Name

The closing date for abstract submission is 15th January 2021. You will be notified by the 19th January 2021 if your abstract is successful.  Please note, if you are selected for a poster presentation your poster needs to be ready as a single power point slide by the 25th January 2021.
