Trailblazers in Cancer Research

Registration for the Trailblazers in Cancer Research is now open! 

Trailblazers is open to all PhD students and Postdoctoral researchers. 

All delegates must submit an abstract and will be selected for either a poster or an oral presentation. This is a residential meeting and the registration cost of £120 includes registration, all conference refreshments and one nights B&B accommodation at the Pendulum Hotel, Manchester. Limited spaces are also available for our day delegate rate at £60, which will not include the hotel stay. This would be best for local delegates or those who may prefer to choose their own accommodation.

In the event of the meeting being oversubscribed, preference will be given to Postdoctoral Research Fellows/Assistants with final year PhDs students added to a waiting list. 

To register for this conference, please fill out the form attached and send it to Hagar Libman, BACR Administrator at bacr@glasgow.ac.uk with the title "BACR Trailblazers in Cancer Research - Application" by the 7th August 2026. You should recieve confirmation of reciept of your email within one week, and we will aim to  notify you of the results by the middle of August, 2026.
