Tumour Microenvironment and 3D Model Workshop

Instructions for Abstract Submission:

To submit an abstract for poster presentation, from which some will be selected for oral presentation within the sessions then please follow the instructions below. (If you do not wish for your abstract to be considered for an oral presentation then please mark this on your abstract accordingly). 

Submission of an abstract does not constitute registration for the Conference.  All abstracts will be considered and authors will be advised on whose abstract has been accepted.

Method of submission:

Please prepare your abstract as MS Word document and as an email attachment to bacr@leeds.ac.uk with the heading of the event you wish your abstract to be included in the email subject area e.g. BACR Conference XYZ 2023

Presenters need to self-identify if they would prefer to present at the 3D Model workshop, the Tumour Microenvironment element or either would be suitable

Formatting:

• All text should be typed single spaced using Arial font, point size 11 
• The title should be in bold
• The authors and addresses should start on the line following the title, with the name of the presenting author underlined
• The text should be separated from the authors and addresses by a blank line
• Abstracts should not exceed 300 words (this excludes the title and authors)
• Do not include diagrams or tables

Name the attachment in the following manner:
BACR Conference – Abstract – Presenting Authors Name

The closing date for abstract submission is on 14th July 2023

Early Bird Registration Deadline is on 4th August 2023
